Registration Form 2017 (Deadline for FINAL Registration Payment:  7/24/17)

NOTE:  “New Runner” pricing below reflects the additional costs of uniforms which the kids will keep for their entire high school career.

Parents and Athletes will have TWO choices as to which registration package they will sign up for.  I’ve outlined the packages below the line.  Note that we also will have TWO incentives to help offset the costs of registration.  Either way, athletes are expected to “do their part” and contribute to the team via a buyout or fundraising (or combination of the two) and, in turn, will receive Parkview Cross Country clothing they can wear proudly throughout the school year.

Standard Registration Package:  $175 ($225 for new runners/runners who lost their uniform last year)

Premium Registration Package:  $275 ($325 for new runners/runners who lost their uniform last year)

-          Under Armour ¼ zip white pullover

Incentive #1:  Sell Butter Braid & other frozen product.  This is our first time ever using this company.  This product has had some success in the recent past with teams from Arcado and other schools in the area, so we’ll give this a shot!  As with most things, its success depends on YOUR work ethic and drive to sell!  We’ll offer $10 off registration cost with every $60 worth of Butter Braid & other frozen product sold.  Regardless of your motivation to use this as a way to get a discount on registration or not, help the team out (think “cookie dough” from track)!  I’d LOVE if everyone on the team could aim for $100 of sold product as it really would go a long way towards funding our team.  This fundraiser will kick off on Monday, June 5th and run until Tuesday, June 20th.  That gives you 16 days and 2 weekends to GRIND!

Incentive #2:  Sell sponsorships.  Historically, this has been a great money-maker for us.  Look at the sponsorships form.  You’ll see that we have two tiers of sponsorships - $100 and $150.  Each $100 sponsorship sold gives the athlete a $20 discount on their registration cost, and each $150 sponsorship sold gives a $30 discount.  We’ve had athletes in the past run for free or for very cheap due to their motivation to seek out and ink sponsorships.  Combining this with Butter Braid could go a long way in helping athletes pay for their registration, Daytona Beach, team camp, etc.  I encourage you to call up/visit a variety of places.  Think restaurants, banks, insurance agencies, doctors/dentists/therapists, car repair shops, landscapers, home maintenance, etc.  You’d be surprised how many businesses would love to help out!  Make sure they (and you) fill out the sponsorship form completely, so they can have their logo on our website and their name on our shirts.
